A unique, award winning development program for small, minority owned
businesses in Middlesex County and beyond. The program is funded by a
generous grant from the Aetna Foundation, and is facilitated by
professionals from THE ESSEX GROUP.
With a focus on personal and business planning and leadership, the
program is now accepting applicants for its record-setting 13th year,
scheduled to begin in the Fall of 2009. To date, 144 graduates of the
program have used what they learned to build success and reduce the
risk of failure in both the business and personal aspects of their
lives.
