Middletown Small Business Development Center (MSBDC)
The MSBDC is available to individuals looking to start or grow a small business in the City of Middletown.
Our staff liaison and small business specialist Paul Hughes will guide you through the process and will provide helpful tips during your individualized counseling sessions. These one-on-one meetings promote a personalized approach in your pursuit of starting or growing your small business at no cost to you. Funding for the program was made available by the City of Middletown and its Planning, Conservation and Development Department.
